Home Remedies To Relieve Inner Ear Pain




There are many reasons which someone can suffer from inner ear pain, but the most common ones are diseases or infections in the ear, the nose, the throat, the mouth or an injury to the jaw bones and in some cases, air pressure build up. An obstruction in the ear could also be the cause of inner ear pain such as wax build up or an insect in the ear. The good news is that there are home remedies available.

Home Remedy #1 – Hydrogen Peroxide

The first solution that you can try is to use hydrogen peroxide. You should use just a couple of drops in the ear and that should help your inner ear pain. Another solution is to use a couple of drops of basil leaves’ juice. Garlic juice can also be used to relieve inner ear pain as it does have antibiotic characteristics which should relieve the pain in your inner ear.

Home Remedy #2 – Garlic Juice

You can get garlic juice already made or you can make the juice yourself in a very easy manner. All you need to do is to crush the garlic clove and use a kitchen towel to squeeze the garlic juice into the ear. You can also wrap the garlic in the towel and place on the ear for about 30 minutes. Inner ear pain can also be treated at home by using a cotton ball, soaked in warm olive oil.

Home Remedy #3 – Onion Juice

Another good remedy for inner ear pain is to use warm onion juice on your ear. As far as home remedies for inner ear pain, onion juice is really good. It feels almost as if your pain goes away immediately. All of those home remedies can help you with different types of ear pain but if the pain remains, you should contact your doctor to prevent any damage to your ear.
